She was a special girl. None of the NOLA Zoo Krewe were stereotypical chihuahuas. We even had the radiologist "lose" Laveau because she was so quiet. She asked if I had taken her and put her back in the cage. When she saw the confused look on my face, she got worried and said she wasn't sure where Laveau was. I smiled and pointed to the table behind her. Laveau was just sitting there, quiet as a mouse. The radiologist had walked by her....twice! But because Laveau stayed still it didn't catch her gaze. That was my Big Girl!
