I wonder what the average American consumes in highly processed foods. I'm going to guess that it's a lot higher percentage than the people in Brazil.

I eat fewer than most, but I'm not highly-processed-food free. The one thing I'm proud of is that I almost never have soft drinks, and haven't consumed them in about 25 years. Okay, when I'm driving on a long road trip, I will typically have one a day. Other than that, none.
