Atheist has been redefined so many times that one cannot assume any definition until someone gives it for themself. At this point the most common definitions require some forethought and knowledge to come to.

So in some definitions are babies atheist (no beliefs, including those of gods)? Yes.
Are they Atheist (consciously choose to examine the information surrounding gods and rejected it)? No.
