chemtrails? "geo-engineering to control the weather?" [View all]

Okay, I know these have been regarded a huge conspiracy theory. But there is a new documentary coming out about chemtrails. Part of me thinks this is a conspiracy and part of me says ..... hmmm, maybe it's true. I wouldn't put anything past Monsanto to control the weather to benefit themselves.
the first part was called: What in the World are They Spraying?
the new one is called Why In The World are they Spraying?
