3. Not teachers unions, just teachers

Many of whom happen to belong to professional organizations, of which unions are a part.

Bill Gates, I honestly believe, is well intentioned. However, there's a reason that random middle school English teachers don't get to run multi billion dollar tech companies, and vice versa. Bill Gates doesn't actually know much about American education, what is wrong with it, or how to fix it.
