Lyndon LaRouche went to his grave believing the Queen was the head of a gigantic drug ring, to hell with the uncomfortable fact that he never could show any actual evidence.

Alex Jones still has his groupies.

Over at Right-Wing Watch and the Encyclopedia of American Loons are many articles and entries of people that make even Jones look sane.

Like you wrote, lives so empty the only thing they consider worthwhile are these crazy theories.
