1. Love that little tidbit from the Indian Constitution

Clause (h) of Article 51-A of Constitution of India states that :‘It shall be the duty of every citizen of India to develop the scientific temper, humanism and spirit of inquiry and reform.’


That's amazing. It seems to me that the law that allowed for his arrest might be unconstitutional based on this, but of course I know exactly nothing about Indian constitutional law.
