Glad you have lots of support and are taking care of yourself. Regarding your sister, maybe just do what you're doing and don't answer the phone when you're needing time to yourself? I don't think there's anything wrong with that. At least that way you won't hurt her feelings either. Sometimes I just turn off my phone until I'm ready to engage, or maybe just say that you need a little space right now while you sort through things...
