Bereavement

I'm sure she does. She married a good friend of my husband and we met them the same day, so the relationships go back a long way for all of us. Our family has lost numerous loved ones. I tend to shut down now, while she gets emotional enough for both of us. If I do say anything, then she'll get all emotional about that. I'm dealing with a loss that affects every part of my life. But I'm not wired to talk it out with somebody. Hospice called me 2 days ago offering bereavement support. I don't want to see any of them or the cancer center staff or home health nurses. I'm writing a journal and I know I'm not in a good place. It is funny that someone who is sparking an emotion is my sister. Ha. Maybe she is doing me some good after all. She prompted me to reach out.
