2. I'm sorry for your loss.

I won't say I understand. But, I've had a similar experience. I lost my mom when I was just turning 30. My father had passed when I was in my early 20s, but he had not been much a part of my life since my parents divorced when I was 8.

But, when I lost my mom I became lost. It takes time, and effort, and refusing to give up on believing there's something worth living for, for making, for experiencing.

You'll get there. Be where you are now. Just know you'll be somewhere else in the future. There is a future.
