It's like using a woman's voice to describe erectile dysfunction - it sends all kinds of weird mixed messages.

I tend to see the Sigma classification as being aking to intuitive introverts (INXX) in Myers Briggs notation (about the only thing I think they actually got right, to be honest). The introversion in this case usually comes about due in part to a desire to avoid overstimulation, but the intuitive part typically emerges due to a keen sense of both intelligence and observation. These are people who ask awkward questions such as why white men should have more privileges than black women. They question the status quo, and usually tend to be problem solvers. They prefer to work independently, and they are usually much more likely to be advisors and analysts than ostensible leaders. I think the video also misses the point - such people (men and women both) do not seek money to become rich - they seek money primarily as a means to become independent, because those without usually do not have as many means to accomplish the changes that they want to bring about.
