Tonight, I'm making pork and cabbage dumplings, pretty traditional won tons, but with an unholy amount of ginger, some kind of egg "fritter" (like foo yung, but not) that I have not quite worked out as yet, vegetables with prawns, either Jasmine rice or a noodle dish and spring rolls. If one is deep (or shallow) frying, might as well do two dishes as one, and I think these will fill the bill very nicely!
