In spite of the url, the guy called a fucking monkey in this article was white, it was more about relative position rather than a racist taunt. My guess is Trump doesn't like being touched by those he deems beneath him, but he's also a germaphobe.

I think claiming that any refusal to shake hands being racist isn't supported. There are plenty of other ways to support that claim which are more grounded in what Trump has done like his properties being fined for not renting to blacks, his referral to "his blacks" etc.
