to get rid of it. As such, the argument about Clinton getting nearly 3 million more votes is irrelevant. Changing the rules after the fact isn't possible.

Russia didn't choose who people voted for. At best they gave people misleading information about Clinton and the DNC. They didn't alter any votes, they didn't prevent people from voting. In spite of the Russian effort, Clinton was almost certain to be the winner of the election at the electoral college level until Comey's second announcement about the emails found on Anthony Wiener's computer.

There is no law against people being an asshole on Twitter. Likewise unless he blocks them, Twitter allows people to respond to his inane tweets. Just because you don't like the platform doesn't make it an invalid platform. Other presidents have been bullies, we survived them, and most people seem to like LBJ's Great Society programs in spite of LBJ being a bully when it came to getting what he wanted.
