Also I'd just like to note that while I was active in the editing process, I didn't write more than one or two paragraphs... we can thank ellisonz for most of the writing part, and we pushed it to five threads on the subject even though the consensus of the du2 "working group" (i.e. the ones who were willing to participate if this group was formed) was that it wasn't necessary to get agreement on the nitty gritty details. The discussion Ohio Joe had with Ellisonz on the poll thread was especially helpful, as he expressed deep concens about some of the dramas that might occur in the absence of hosts (for instance, apparently ten or so members can vote in hosts on a host-less forum at any time).
