tolerant of the general public in an overall way.

I believe that the ME is several notches more intolerant in all sectors. My crystal ball is cracked and needs replacing. very hard or impossible to predict the future.

given the estimated level of intolerance, i believe ultimatums are going to lead to unintended consequences
