I don't believe, and neither does Netanyahu, that the US is going to take serious action to curtail his actions in any way. He hasn't done it with regard to aid and he won't. Withholding aid is a stated policy as told over and over by Ben-Gvir. We can wag our finger all we want along with the UN etc. but the far right in Israel has been on record for years that they look at these words from others as though they are like the barking of a dog that they know will never bite.
