Procter & Gamble's latest Always advertisement barely mentions the panty liner brand, runs more than 3 minutes long and won't ever appear on TV.

And it's a hit.

So far, it's been viewed 21 million times on YouTube, shared 300,000 times on Facebook and tweeted 40,000 times on Twitter.

The ad is distinctly digital, part of the Cincinnati-based company's growing advertising focus. It's also a soft sell for a brand that means $3.4 billion in retail sales worldwide, according to industry-tracker Euromonitor International.... MORE
