this is why.

stating the 10k he is putting in the house, is part of payment is bullshit. it is not.

there is no way with her current income she would make the choice to live in such an expensive to run and maintain home, on 2,400 a month. it cannot be done. not even close. but, cause graysen adds that into her monthly payment, he keeps her cash poor.

IF she was truly getting 12,500 month to make her decisions, she could easily afford a 4 bedroom, that would all to live in a manner, not too far from where they are, comfortable. BUT...

she does not get that cash to make that decision and make things right for all.

because she is being held $ hostage.

right?

at 2,400 a month, in florida, there school district? she cannot get a 3, 4 bedroom resident. so she is stuck in that filth of a house that is a health hazard for her kids.
