....have the same hard-on for the Seventh Amendment??

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved...

If you took a twenty-dollar lawsuit into any courtroom in this country today, you'd be laughed out of the building.
