5. I think all high capacity weapons should be stored at an armory

Those weapons should be for militia use only. Training and pracitsing shoukd be done regularly, but withing the confines of militia use. That way we can own the weapons and not have someone's 20 year old kid take them to school and shoot up the dorms. We need more checks and balances in our gun usage.
