True Vine Baptist Church in Oakland does "stand ins" on corners where people have been killed by gun violence. My church had several people in attendance to honor this lady's two sons and their friend, who was also killed. Both mothers were there.

I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. I don't care what people who have to have their guns without restriction have to say on the subject. The fact is guns make these killings possible. Yes, you can stab someone to death. You can poison them. You can drown them. But the guns make it so easy. This has to stop.

If you're a praying person, please pray for this lady. If you're not a praying person, please keep her in your thoughts. And for the other mother, too, of course.
