I definitely agree. I have spent the afternoon when not texting, on the phone, or here, reading some of the poets of the Romantic period. My father dearly loved teaching Shelly, Byron, and Keats. So today I read --
I WEEP for Adonaishe is dead!
O, weep for Adonais! though our tears
Thaw not the frost which binds so dear a head!
And thou, sad Hour, selected from all years
To mourn our loss, rouse thy obscure compeers,
And teach them thine own sorrow! Say: With me
Died Adonais; till the Future dares
Forget the Past, his fate and fame shall be
An echo and a light unto eternity!
I don't know if it will be today, and I hope not, yet I am steeling myself for the time when I do lose him but not his love.

TM99, I am a Catholic/Christian believer, but we have something in common.

Most of us are in denial about death most of the time -- it is the only way to face the day
