tax cuts, lowering public expenditure, self help (yer own yer own). Seeds of it with Bill's welfare reforms. Neo Larry Summers would have loved Margaret Thatcher.

The closest Hillary will come to liberalism is neoliberalism - DEFINITION of 'Neoliberalism' An approach to economics and social studies in which control of economic factors is shifted from the public sector to the private sector.
