Vote for a repeal that has a delayed deadline on it, so that they can have their repeal vote before the 2018 midterms, but the shit won't start hitting the fan until after it. After the midterms, then they either blame Democrats for obstructing their shitty couponcare bill, or whatever godforsaken idea they have to replace it if they can't get it passed, or if they do, then in the face of what an abject failure it will be, they will herald it as the greatest thing ever, and their brainwashed base will buy it hook, line and sinker.
