7. You might be better of with Lindt 90% Dark Chocolate. Very very low in sugar.

I am diabetic and, for me at least, this is a better choice than the sugar free stuff.

Others have noted the ‘sugar alcohol’ issue and the laxative effects of some of the sweeteners.
