It seems to come and go with no identifiable trigger. It was awful when I was pregnant. I have tried baths, massage and just riding it out. I don't know if any relatives have it, but I do think my four year old has it.

There have been threads here on DU where people call bullshit on the condition. I for one know it exists. Sorry you have to experience it, it is quite unpleasant.
