1. Maybe in our large counties we can refuse to sell alcohol products to those from these counties...

When people get their id's checked to buy booze, if it shows one of those counties that make marijuana illegal, one could also say that as a business in our counties here near Portland, that we also don't feel we should sell them alcohol if they don't want to allow marijuana sales.
