But it really depends on the strain, and with so many hybrid strains, it can go either way. I've had clear-headed sativas like Jack Here that are wonderfully relaxing, and stupidifying indicas that were incredibilly energetic. The best advice I have is to look at strain reviews on sites like leafly.com, and even better, ask the dispensary you're buying from. They'll be able to help you pick out exactly what characteristics you want. Enjoy Seattle--it's gorgeous up here right now!
