The free market capitalist should see this plant as a commodity. Allow the consumer to vote with their purchasing power that is their theory. They should allow it with this plant.

Open up an entire new industry its good for small business. its good for the economy. its good for the farmers. its good for tax revenue. plus the savings from law enforcement and courts and lawyers and the whole mess because of peacefully possessing a plant. What a crime to possess a plant. A PLANT.
