there's one contract at work you have to be drug tested for. you don't lose your job if you fail, you just can't work on that contract. i told my boss we shouldn't cut people simply for using a substance that's legal in our state and it shouldn't matter if someone uses that substance when they're not at work. i lost that argument, but i gave it a shot.
