5. Either one can become a problem.

I Went thru rehab over 30 years ago. I can have a drink now, but if I do, it's one or less drinks. I smoke cannabis now, but my friends call me 2 puff, that's when I stop. For the most part I limit it to only when the sun is down. Hey, that's just me.

I can remember folks in rehab, Alcoholic-at least I'm not a pot head. Pot smoker-at least I'm not a drunk.

If you are dependent, you might have a problem. If you can't put it down for a week or a month, you have a problem.

I hate to judge anyone, except me. All of this is my opinion and nothing else.
