Pasta with Salmon! [View all]

Simple simple and yummy as all pasta should be.

Saute up some minced garlic (not the dried stuff!) in butter. Yum.
Add in equal amounts of white wine and chicken broth., eh about a cup of each. (this something I just throw together, no written recipe)
Reduce that bitch by half. Tasty taste it. Probably needs some salt.

While that's happening, cook up some spaghetti, or your favourite other shape of pasta. This is a thin sauce, so choose wisely.

When it's good and reduced, add in your salmon. I like to use leftover salmon that I barbeque, but canned is good too! The red is the best for this purpose.

Drain pasta, and toss with sauce.

Yum!
