[font style="font-family:'Georgia','Baskerville Old Face','Helvetica',fantasy;" size=4 color=teal]Put on a little seasoning and sauce and they do the job. They have a slightly more rubbery texture than regular pasta. Kinda like calamari.

I absolutely LOVE pasta and while I would rather have regular pasta, they allow me to "get my fix" when I am dieting.

The only caveat I would add, is that the preservative liquid they come in is disgusting. I wash them very well, then boil them for 4 minutes then pan fry them on high for 2 minutes add seasoning and then they are done. Overall, I am able to get them ready in 1/2 the time it takes to make spaghetti.

And supposedly they REALLY help with digestion. But I don't have that problem so I can't say for sure.[/font]
