In our unyielding two party system the only chance to win votes to your level of progressivism occurs in the Democratic primaries. If you can't win there it's because the country is not yet ready for it, and the changes you seek must be incremental rather than immediate. You ultimately get NOTHING when you refuse the incrementalism.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
