96. It is obvious that he cannot win, and yet he is focused on attacking Biden.

If he thinks he can win, either he is deluded or he thinks Joe Biden will soon die or become incapacitated -- that would enable him to win by default. I have to wonder if he knows something we don't.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
