(22,651 posts)Just to let uninsured (unemployed) know, healthcare.gov again has open enrollment for about 15 states & the rest of the states should be on board soon. There are several plans where the insured wouldn't have to pay any premiums. Hopefully this pandemic hits the curve soon & people reading this stay healthy. If not though, it's best to have a Doctor/insurance in place to call for help.
Obama Foundation has released several statements about the pandemic. I think Obama had a lot to do with re-opening insurance enrollment. It was mentioned two days ago Obama is in contact with the campaigns. He's not ready to endorse or called to end the primary 'debate' and neither am I.
These are extraordinary times, even Joe Biden mentioned about his VP choice- He wants a VP 'ready to be President'. That statement gave me chills- our contenders know(god forbid!) they could catch corona virus and die.
We're all in that dark tunnel together, let us hope by June/July? everyone makes it out the other side.
