Also are you using the default DU4 mode or did you switch to one of the other modes? Does the button disappear and never come back? Does it come back after a page reload? Does the count still display -- is it just the button that goes away, or the count as well?

Interesting that you've experienced this on DU3, that does indicate that it's something not necessarily DU4-related but more of a general bug.
