'Face of Capitol riot' on being pardoned by Trump and regretting "nothing" about January 6th - BBC News [View all]
Jacob Chansley, known by some as the QAnon Shaman, faced federal charges of ‘knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on the Capitol grounds. He pleaded guilty to unlawfully obstructing the certification of the 2020 Presidential election on 6th January 2021. He served 41 months in jail and was released early. He, along with other rioters, has now been pardoned with Donald Trump returning as president. He spoke to Victoria Derbyshire about his part in that day. - Aired on 01/22/2025.
