In the short clips I watched of the SOTU, I noticed shithead's energy really fade at the end. It look like his neck was turning to jelly and his head was sinking into his shoulders as he clung to the podium.

I've been watching Rubio since the election. Sometimes he looks dead, like his soul has left his body. He used to seem so mild and compassionate until he fell under fuckhead's spell. But that clip where he flicked his nose is SO TYPICAL of cocaine use!!! As well as the other signs!!!! I link Rubio's possible new drug habit to his losing his soul. He must be so despondent!
