gerrymandering but race cannot be considered under Sec. 2 of the CVA. The fact that black voters overwhelmingly vote Dem, it becomes one and the same.

It's like when someone claims they are not racist but their actions are racist.

As the video says since this SCOTUS (in effect) has ruled basically that we have progressed to a point that it no longer an issue. The only remedy would be to expand the SCOTUS, otherwise they would just overrule Congressional actions.

I suspect this is not the end. I fully expect the Respect for Marriage Act (2022) which requires states to recognize valid same-sex marriages performed in other states. And then the next action to visit Obergefell v. Hodges (2015) that actually legalized same-sex marriage nationwide.
