1. I am not afraid to be a white male. Hell, it's great!

I have coasted my whole life on my white male privilege. It has come through for me time and again.

I came from a poor background, but advanced into the middle class with very little effort. At many key points in my advancement, I was given opportunities that I would not have got if I was not a white male.

I once went to a hiring fair for a low-paying, temporary job that involved a lot of hard physical labor. As far as I could see, I was the only white guy there, among dozens of people. And guess what? I was the first person hired. Even though I had zero experience (19 years old) and was not physically strong.

I can't think of any job I have ever had where being a white male was not a significant advantage. In hiring, in promotions, in job assignments, in discipline, I was treated better than non-whites and non-males. I don't think it was because of my good looks and charm.

White grievance is based on a persecution fantasy. And I believe most white males, deep down inside, know it.
