7. Warnock scares the hell out of them

because he is a man of integrity, character, and faith who believes in equality and justice for all — and a Black man at that. He’s eloquent, personable, popular, and effective. I’m so grateful for my senator!

ETA: I have to pinch myself that Georgia has two such fantastic senators (Ossoff and Warnock) at this moment, after so many years of being (mis)represented by Republican crooks and bigots (and one Democratic turncoat, Zeller Miller). Isaakson was an exception — he was terrible on many issues but occasionally reasonable and apparently not corrupt.
