Suck usage implies an "outrager, " and actor who has affected their lives. They might be "outragd" at god, but I know these people, and they're not.

They're shocked, deeply saddened and confused, even mad at fate, the weather, their poor luck, but not at an actor, whether individual, governmental, social, or corporate.
