Mammon became the tech version of advanced capitalism, even though it originated as the transparent ledger of blockchain tech that could help people who have digital access with phones but who didn't have access to currency. It's not only used by the lawless on the darknet, it's become insurgent on U.S. fiat currency, such that bitcoin will go the way of unregulated tech -- used by the rich to monetize human energy/activity/comms, and oppress the poor and the middle class into poverty.

Perhaps trump wants to be the leader of the pack in making this country the capital of bitcoin but he's out of his depth and will, as Elon says, cause things to get worse before they get better. For the already rich. Central banks are not likely to play along.
