Haldol is a primary anti-psychotic--including hallucinations, disorganized thinking, delusions-- also used for uncontrolled tics (Tourette's Syndrome), and off-label for a variety of related, albeit serious, nervous and mental disorders.

But, yes, that fixed stare is pretty classical for its use in many (not all) patients.
