possible, to duplicate the energy of political movements decades ago, and that will take artists as much as politicians.

Festivals - FREE festivals, not something for Ticketmaster to make more money off - could be an important part of this. Could bring people together away from social media platforms that are too controlled by algorithms and Trump-friendly billionaires.

And festivals would also offer exposure to musicians who are not making enough money off streaming platforms and live performances, and who often have to share even merchandise sales with venues where they perform, so selling merch at a free festival would at least let them make a bit of money.
