1. a minimum annual income of $50000 indexed for inflation and local cost of living
2.free medical services for all residents, and a "war on disease" led by the Mayo Clinic
3.free college or technical school for everyone
4. a mandatory 30 hour (four day) working week and a minimum of four weeks paid vacation per year
5. a pension of $1000/month paid to every person from the age of 65
6. living wage jobs guaranteed for all willing to work
7. a maximum inheritance of $100 million
8. a maximum annual income of $25 million
9. an individual's maximum private wealth/fortune of $999 million
