or so and double that minimum to $2000/month per person. Make sure we have some sort of basic elderly care, and perhaps if the elderly person lives in a care community the max per month would be decreased because they'd just need money for minimal expenses - perhaps hobbies or outings.

Overall, I think your plan is wonderful & shows that there's so much we could to do make a decent standard of living by focusing on what would be good for people (and it's not allowing folks to be billionaires while others are homeless).
