(26,645 posts)or you can bet that, should Harris win Georgia, Republicans will charge voter fraud and demand that all early votes be thrown out.

(1,173 posts)The laws about votes not counting if a voter dies before the election all seem to refer to absentee (mail in) ballots only
When a voter votes in person, their vote is counted I believe most states laws only refer to the mail-in absentee ballots can be challenged or thrown out, but not votes that are made in person

(1,256 posts)honorable human being by nature and example.
Humble of heart and with purity of purpose,he demonstrated his worthiness to be Commander in chief.
His legacy of decency will serve as an example in the history books..if Project 2025 doesn't delete history books.

Here is a link with an overview of state laws.

Jimmy has made 20 months in hospice when
most stays in hospice care are about 70 days. He is an inspiration.

The Carter Center has got it down to just 14 cases in 2023. (Down from ~3.5 million in 1986) And just 7 cases so far in 2024.
